The procurement of a commissioned service to support Domestic Abuse victims impacted by crime in London. The procedure is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime and will broadly follow the process for a Competitive Procedure With Negotiation. The initial contract period is for 36 months, the first 6 months of which are reserved for mobilisation. Two further 12 month extension periods are available at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.

The contract is intended to provide advocacy, practical and emotional support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse in London, in all their diversity, to help them cope and recover from their experiences. The service will be expected to work with other victim support services commissioned by MOPAC as part of an Ecosystem of support services across London that will champion trusted relationships and collaboration across services. This Ecosystem will also support the balance of specialist and by and for provision alongside robust and resilient pan-London services to effectively support victims from London's diverse communities. The service will be required to maintain a core relationship with the central referral mechanism that will be provided by the London Victim and Witness General Adults Service.
