SFT wishes to award a single supplier framework agreement to appoint a legal adviser for a term of 4 years. The legal adviser is being appointed primarily to deliver the general legal advice that SFT and its subsidiary Scottish Futures Trust Investments Limited (SFTi) and any other associated entities require. While it is envisaged that specific advice for the projects and programmes falling under SFT’s remit will be provided by other means, it is possible that from time to time such advice may also be required.
