Thirteen Housing Group (THG) are seeking to procure the very best expertise available within the marketplace to enable delivery of new build affordable homes, as part of the Affordable Homes Programme, which follows THG being named as a Strategic Partner of Homes England with £191.3m of funding being allocated to facilitate the delivery of 3,270 affordable homes by 2028. The framework will support the delivery of this ambitious programme over the next 4 years (2023-2027).
