This is a Request for Information (RFI) published on behalf of London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWUH).

With this RFI LNWUH is seeking to learn the level of possible interest from organisations in relation to providing a soft facilities management service. The same information will be gathered from different organisations to inform our service model and future procurement plan.

The proposal is to procure a single soft FM supplier capable of delivering a contract with an indicative annual value of circa £36m representing an indicative total contract value of £288m across a proposed (to be confirmed) contract duration of a 5-year period, with the option to extend for a further 3 years.

The future contract will cover a variety of different provision of Soft FM services across the Trust’s three hospitals (Northwick Park, Central Middlesex, and Ealing) and four Community properties (Caryl Thomas Clinic, Mattock Lane Health Centre, the Wakely Centre and Southall Broadway Health Centre).

Soft FM services include Domestic Services, Patient Catering Services, Porter Services, Security Services, Pest Control, Reception Services, Helpdesk Management, and the General Management of all of the foregoing.

Any information that we have provided as part of this PIN notice will be included as part of any proposed future procurement exercise.
