Description

LJMU invites proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to deliver comprehensive Intellectual Property (IP) services. We seek a partners with a proven track record of supporting higher education institutions or comparable organisations in all aspects of IP management, including patent, trademark, design and copyright advice, filing, prosecution, portfolio management, and related legal support. LJMU wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for IP Services, we envisage a minimum of three suppliers will be appointed.

The University is committed to research excellence and innovation. To maximise the impact of our research and safeguard our intellectual assets, we require expert support in developing and managing our IP portfolio. The successful provider(s) will work closely with the University's Research and Innovation Service (RIS) and academic staff to ensure effective protection and commercialisation of IP arising from university activities.
