Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.
Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The system also facilities the bank and agency management for the Trust and provides the Intermediate Care units with a Safer Nursing Care Tool.
The Trust is looking to expand the scope of e-Rostering to cover all operational services within the organisation.

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.
Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The system also facilities the bank and agency management for the Trust and provides the Intermediate Care units with a Safer Nursing Care Tool.
The Trust is looking to expand the scope of e-Rostering to cover all operational services within the organisation. The Staff groups covered within this scope are:
• Nursing
• Additional Clinical Services
• Allied Health Professionals
• Medical and Dental
• Administrative and Clerical
• Estates and Facilities
• Healthcare Scientists
The size of the organisation is 375 substantive teams and 5624 staff members. Temporary workers (bank and agency) also fall into scope.
A rostering solution is being explored that can provide e-Rostering for Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups. Along side this, a bank and agency management solution are required that it also applicable to Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups.
