Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has grown to 296 and members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorises, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services.
EEM Ltd will be conducting a tender exercise in late January 2023 to create a Decorating Framework to replace our existing framework which will expire in April 2023.
The framework will support EEM Members meet any requirements they have for the supply of Decorating Materials, for the distribution of Decorating Vouchers to Tenants in lieu of works and also for the provision of cyclical decorating works.
Elements of work covered by this Framework will include, but not be limited to:
Counter Service of Decorating materials such as Paints, Wallpapers, Adhesives, Caulking products, Tools, Equipment and other Sundry products.
Delivery Service of same to Residential and Business addresses
Administration and Issuing of non-cash based solutions for Tenant choice product Vouchers or Cards
Provision of contractors who can provide cyclical decorating maintenance works to the exterior and interior of residential and commercial properties.
It is expected that these services will be separated into defined Lots and that the cyclical decorating works may be further subdivided on Geographic terms.
