The University intends to extend the current six year TSC agreement with Graham Asset Management Limited (T/A Graham Facilities Management) for a period of 15 months, anticipated to expire on Wednesday 1st May 2024, as it prepares to tender for the provision of building maintenance services.

Water hygiene will not be renewed as part of the extension

Explanation:

The University intends to awards the contract extension pursuant to Regulation 32 of Public Contracts Regulations 2015, under the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication.

This is justified under Reg. Reg. 32(2)(c), with the extension providing service continuity after the failure of the previous attempt to run a tender. This extension will grant sufficient time to prepare a full tender for the services for when the contract ends. Pre-market engagement has already started and a tender process will commence during 2023.
