Description

Orbit Homes 2020 Ltd. wish to appoint a suitable contractor to provide groundworks for a new homes site on Copperwheat Avenue, Reydon.

The project duration is approximately 5 years with various phases compromising of 202 plots plus garages, 114 Market Sale, 44 Rented, 44 Shared Ownership, 1-4 bed homes, 16 house types, circa 50 plots per annum.

The project is due to commence September 2025
