The Abbey Multi Academy Trust has decided to tender their catering services to investigate the financial and qualitative benefits they could be offered through this process. The schools involved are: -

St Chad's C of E Primary

Manston St James CE Primary

Christ Church Upper Armley

Holy Trinity C of E Primary

Abbey Grange C of E Academy

Bishop Young C of E Academy

Lightcliffe Academy

Further specifics about each school are given later in the document under 'The Schools'.

The Contract Duration and Structure

The contract will be awarded for a three-year duration with the option of two additional, one-year extensions. This is subject to the satisfactory performance of the work.

A Group Manager works within the contract and is based currently at Abbey Grange CE Academy. Currently a fuel card is used within this role. Costs attached to visiting other schools should be considered within the management fee.
