The tender is an open procedure tender consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence in February 2024 ending by July 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services required to be £ 6.4m overall. The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a Contractor to provide the key works for the Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit-Out Requirements, also to include Artwork Graphics Production and AVIT Software Production requirements, at three key Maritime Project sites.

Hull City Council seeks tenders from interested organisations to supply Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit Out Requirements, including Artwork Graphics Production and AVIT Software Production requirements, as part of the delivery of the Hull: Yorkshire's Maritime City (H:YMC), Maritime Project, Kingston upon Hull. The tender is an open procedure tender consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence in February 2024 ending by July 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services required to be £ 6.4m overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value. Information regarding the requirements are contained within the detailed Scope and tender specification and supporting documentation. The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a Contractor to provide the key works for the Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit-Out Requirements, also to include Artwork Graphics Production and AVIT Software Production requirements, at the following key sites for the Hull: Yorkshire’s Maritime City project: 1. Hull Maritime Museum (Queen Victoria Square) 2. North End Shipyard Visitor Centre (Dock Office Row) 3. Arctic Corsair trawler (located in drydock at North End Shipyard). The successful Contractor will prepare final designs / fabrication drawings for the fit-out, fabrication / manufacture fit-out together with site installation including testing / commissioning where appropriate; to include: 1.Audio Visual and IT Hardware 2. Graphic panels and Object Labels 3. Display cases including case lighting and internal fittings 4. General Fit-out including joinery items, plinths, stands, etc. 5. Electrical services including projectors, speakers, screens, exhibition lighting
