seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
InvestNI (INI) intend to modify the contract for additional services which have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement as at contract award, INI anticipated 18 months for live support and 30 months for archive support. However, the finance system will not now be moving to archive support so INI require live support to continue for the remainder of the contract. This represents an increase in contract value over the four year period of £122,445.
