Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the cases listed below

Explanation:

InvestNI (INI) will be relying on Regulation 72 (1) (b) additional services have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement as at contract award, INI anticipated 18 months for live support and 30 months for archive support. However, the finance system will not now be moving to archive support so INI require live support to continue for the remainder of the contract. This represents an increase in contract value over the four year period of £122,445.
