Work in partnership with members of Choice’s Treasury team to successfully complete a financial drawdown by June 2021. This work will entail, but is not limited to: • Review title deeds and development files for each housing scheme; • Set out issues arising as a result of the review along with potential solutions; • Implement solutions as agreed with the Client; • Acquire Property Certificates; • Instruct Title Indemnity Insurers, as and when required, with prior agreement from the Client; • Instruct a qualified 3rd party to carry out mapping exercises, as and when required, with prior agreement from the Client; • Reconstitute title deeds, if necessary; • Create a Certificate of Title in line with the funders requirements; • Complete the process of charging the asset to the identified funder; • This is not an exhaustive list
