The Parliamentary Digital Service (The Authority), on behalf of the the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords and the Corporate Office of the House of Commons sought to procure a Catering Management Solution, comprising Stock Management & Ordering elements, as well as Front of House & EPOS elements.

The solution will help achieve the following benefits for the House of Lords and the House of Commons:

- Increased operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improved user and customer experience.
- Increased assurance of reporting and business intelligence, to include legal and food safety compliance.

The solution will operate across 32 Catering outlets in both House of Commons and House of Lords. Additionally, the solution will be used in the House of Lords retail gift shop.
