Undertake six monthly servicing of each automated door, gate and roller shutter and to provide a responsive repair service in accordance with CCHA’s timescales. The successful contractor is to support CCHA comply with its responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.
