Warwickshire County Council is seeking a supplier who will be required to undertake Outdoor Play and Internal PE Inspection services in Warwickshire Primary, Secondary, Special Educational Needs Schools and Warwickshire County Council Country Parks to ensure they meet required standards detailed in the specification. Two Operational inspections and one annual inspection will be required to be completed for each site, as per the schedule provided in the documents and within a period of 12months.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Warwickshire County Council is seeking a supplier who will be required to undertake Outdoor Play and Internal PE Inspection services in Warwickshire Primary, Secondary, Special Educational Needs Schools and Warwickshire County Council Country Parks to ensure they meet required standards detailed in the specification. Two Operational inspections and one annual inspection will be required to be completed for each site, as per the schedule provided in the documents and within a period of 12months.
The contract will be based on the number of sites and services in and around Warwickshire County Council requesting the service and the supplier will be obliged to carry out work in every establishment detailed within the specification if requested to do so as some sites may make their own arrangements The list of sites is provided and is all of the locations, and the volume of work will be dictated by the number of sites requesting the service. The Contract for these services will be between the Supplier and Warwickshire County Council and not the individual schools or County Parks.
The inspections are to include outdoor fixed play equipment which potentially includes games tables. Also, Internal PE Equipment to include table tennis tables and trampolines within primary halls, sports halls, fitness suites and gymnasiums in Warwickshire.
Trampolines and table tennis tables are in scope but are an ad hoc requirement
