Multi-Disciplinary construction Services to administer a wide range of projects.

Project works are primarily delivered by the Universities campus development team, these projects generally comprise of a wide range of small to medium scale, construction extension and refurbishment works.

Sub-contracting to the Main contractor would be supporting MEP contractors to carry out MEP installations associated with this type of project work.

Refurbishments and Planned Maintenance (Academic Projects) Remodelling existing building layouts, upgrading Labs/Lecture Theatres and general spaces throughout the University. Approved via Individual business cases and University budgets.

Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings.

Residences Fire Strategy Planned Maintenance Programme (FSPMP) Fire strategy works in Residences buildings including fire alarms, fire doors and compartmentation.

Student residences projects which fall within the annual planned refurbishment (PMP) and fire strategy (FSPMP) programmes of work. The majority of these projects require delivery during the summer recess period each year.
