Renfrewshire Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to undertake the cleaning of high-level gutters. This will enable the Council to maintain high standard housing stock free from health & safety environmental risks.

The Service Provider will be required to carry out this work using a Truck Mounted Mobile Elevated Working Platform or Tracked/Wheelbase Cherry Picker which can reach a minimum height of 52m.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This contract is for a Service Provider to carry out High Level Gutter Cleaning for 3 Storey Blocks and Above, mixed tenure housing blocks.

The Service will be instructed as required by Task Orders.

Renfrewshire Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to undertake the cleaning of high-level gutters using a Truck Mounted Mobile Elevated Work Platform or Tracked/Wheelbase Cherry Picker which can reach a minimum height of 52m. This will enable the Council to maintain high standard housing stock free from health & safety environmental risks.

Tenderers will be required to provide details that they have access to the required equipment.

Tenderers will be required to confirm and provide evidence that they hold membership or authorisation from International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) Trained.

Tenderers will also be required to confirm and provide evidence that they have Traffic Management Certification.
