The framework is scheduled to commence from 1st April 2023. The framework shall consist of eight Lots. Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) welcomes bids from the open solicitor market in order for solicitor firms to be offered a place on to the framework. Solicitors are invited to submit a bid for any number of Lots. There is no limit on the number of Lots of which solicitors can be allocated.

If the service required from a Service Provider relates to more than one Lot then all Service Providers appointed to all of the relevant Lots can be invited to submit a bid as part of a Mini-Competition. For example, should the Appointment relate to both human resources (Lot 4) and business assurance (Lot 5), the client can invite all Service Providers allocated on to both of these two Lots to submit a bid as part of a Mini-Competition (Schedule 3 – Part 1 of Appendix 2_Framework Agreement).
