Description
The Supply of executive and high-quality standard coaches in immaculate condition both inside and outside, ranging in sizes from 25 to 85 passengers on a mixture of private hires. A mixture of Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 standard (including Euro 7 in the future, electric, gas powered and hybrid) and executive coaches and Euro 5 and Euro 6 minibuses. The majority of the university's requirements lies within the United Kingdom and primarily for the transportation to other universities, colleges, schools, museums, local businesses, city attractions, airports, railway stations, Eurostar, and sport related trips. The requirements entails a combination of one day tours to more complex journeys, with multiple stopping points and in some cases lasting more than one day.

Description of possible extension:
The Tender is being run in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (the Act) and any regulations made under it, including the Procurement Regulations 2024 (Regulations), as amended from time to time. This is an Open Procedure tender, as defined in sections 20(1) and 20(2)(a) of the Act. The University is setting up an Open Framework, which is a series of successive frameworks as defined by the Act. This is the framework 1 of the scheme (NTU/25/2876/DS). There are a maximum of two frameworks under this open framework. This competition is for the award of framework one in the scheme of frameworks. Framework one will have a contract period of 36 months. Framework two will have a contract period of 36 months, with an option to extend up to a maximum of 24 months. The open framework will last 8 years in total.
