The establishment of a single supplier framework for both the servicing and maintenance of Biomass Boiler installations operated by Angus Council, and the supply, delivery and offloading of Woodchips on a regular basis to each site to provide the necessary provision of fuel to maintain the heating systems and operating temperaturtes required.
