The appointed provider will be responsible in conjunction with Wandle Housing Association for all of the services detailed within this Specification on behalf of premises under Wandle’s management and the customers Wandle serves.
The deadline for completed Tender submissions to be received on the eTendering Portal is 12:00 noon on 8th December 2023. The Contract is due to commence on 2nd May 2024.

Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of Bulk Refuse Collection.
The appointed provider will be responsible in conjunction with Wandle Housing Association for all of the services detailed within this Specification on behalf of premises under Wandle’s management and the customers Wandle serves.
Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification at Schedule 2.
The anticipated contract commencement date is 2nd May 2024.
WHA proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 24 months with the preferred Economic Operator, with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months, making 48 months in total.
Any proposed extension is subject to satisfactory performance by the Economic Operator and in accordance with WHA’s business requirements.
Any proposed extension to the contract will be agreed in writing between WHA and the Economic Operator.
