North Ayrshire Council requires a suitably experienced Service Provider to collect, validate and report upon condition information of 2800 domestic properties in North Ayrshire including the Isle of Arran, for the purpose of improving existing records regarding compliance with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS).

The completed survey information is required to be uploaded to the Council’s e-Management system ‘Innovations APEX Asset Management System’

The supplier will be required to use APEX Survey Manager as both the method for gathering the element condition information and for downloading/uploading the data into/from NAC’s database. This is to the agreement of NAC.
