Uttlesford District Council has a requirement for a modern and easy to use audio visual solution across two sites. The Council is asking for proposals from suppliers for a solution which covers the listed equipment and installation and as well as optional elements depending on costs budget. The Council has not provided the exact equipment required as the Council is looking for suppliers to offer potential solutions.

Uttlesford District Council has a requirement for a modern and easy to use audio visual solution across two sites. The Council is asking for proposals from suppliers for a solution which covers the listed equipment below. Requirement: Saffron Walden – To replace the existing wireless microphones and charging stations. Upgrade the camera technology to provide ‘roaming’ ie zooming in to the person speaking. Little Canfield – To install one fixed LCD display in three of the four rooms. An additional two LCD displays on moveable trolleys. To supply wireless microphones and charging stations. To supply camera technology to provide ‘roaming’ ie zooming in to the person speaking, in the three meeting rooms. Combined – There are a number of additional requirements, subject to price To enable a single meeting to be held across the two sites To continue to link everything through ModGov to the Council’s YouTube channel. Casting the projected image to our Surface Pro laptops via the WiFi Annual onsite maintenance inspections of the equipment Live Meeting Monitoring to identify and fix problems including the provision of out of hours support.
