Essex County Council is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) update on behalf of Tendring District Council as notice to engage with the market and offer a Bidders Event focused on using ProContract, the Authority's e-Sourcing portal. The aim of this session is to enable prospective bidders who are unfamiliar with the ProContract platform to learn how to register to use the platform, as well as to provide an overview on how to find and respond to the future tender opportunity, and how to ask any clarification questions during the tender period.

The Authority shall be hosting this training as an anonymous a group session via Microsoft Teams. Participants will be able to ask questions via a Q&A function throughout the session.

This training shall be held on Friday 18th October 2024 at 10am - 11am.

To register your interest and book a group session, please email wasteservice.procurement@essex.gov.uk.
