Bidding on location Option 1 is mandatory, and we are only accepting tenders for Lot 1 on this option.Bidding for location Option 2 optional, and is subject to Council approval and the inclusion within this tender exercise provides the ability to submit a Business Case based on true costings to seek Council approval
