United Learning intends to undertake a procurement process for a Management Information System for the academies within their Trust. United Learning is the largest group of schools in the country, and as such requires an MIS provider who can provide a high-quality product and service to a large Multi-Academy Trust and its continued growth. United Learning requires a fully cloud-based solution that enables the delivery of their transformation roadmap and system strategy.

The maximum contract term will be 7 years. This includes the initial contract term and the option to extend. (4+3 years)

United Learning Trust will be conducting this process via Jaggaer. Suppliers will need to ensure that they have up to date logins via https://education.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html. The Jaggaer project reference is project_9322

Please note that the DfE's Get help buying for schools service is assisting United Learning with the publishing of the associated contract notices and procurement documentation. As a result in the e-sourcing system Jaggaer this project will show via DfE's published opportunities.
