Norfolk County Council, working in partnership with Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), have awarded a contract to a Provider to undertake a social recovery project for 15-18 year olds who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET.The successful Provider will deliver holistic wrap around Social Recovery Support for young people who are at risk of NEET in year 11, and young people 16-18 who are NEET, and who are not ready to engage in Education, Employment or Training provision due to emotional health and wellbeing needs.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
