PDS have procured a Capability Partner to support the delivery of the Digital Forensics Programme. This Capability Partner is a single supplier with internal cross-functional expertise to oversee, deliver and support a defined set of capabilities and

outcomes for the DFP and the following component workstreams:

i. Selective Extraction & Examination

ii. Automation

iii. Validation Services

iv. Enduring Capability (encompassing i., ii., and iii. above)

It should be noted that PDS have procured the Capability Partner service initially to support the Digital Forensics programme and its requirements, and that there is the potential for the Capability Partner service to support other PDS programmes. The scope of Services is considered a starting point and the volume and spend of this Call Off Contract likely to expand over its term.
