The London Borough of Hounslow wishes to appoint an experienced provider to a call off contract to produce CAD plans as required across the Corporate and Housing property portfolio throughout the London Borough of Hounslow. Where required the provider will undertake measured surveys, and where required suitability and sufficiency assessments will be undertaken, in particular, across the school portfolio. The resulting plans will be compatible with the council’s asset management systems.
The London Borough of Hounslow is situated to the west of the London Boroughs and covers 23 square miles, stretching from Heathrow Airport in the west to Chiswick in the East. It boarders neighbouring Boroughs of Richmond, Hillingdon, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Surrey County Council. The Borough consists of a number of districts including Feltham, Hanworth, Cranford, Heston, Isleworth, Brentford, Chiswick and Hounslow itself.
There is an ongoing commitment to manage the Council’s corporate property portfolio through the strategic use of its asset management data. The Council therefore needs to hold accurate CAD plans across the portfolio.
The Council currently using two asset management systems to manage the corporate and housing portfolios. The corporate portfolio is held on Technology Forge and the housing portfolio is held on Lifespan.
Bidders will be required to price the following survey types per square metre rates:
