Swindon Borough Council (the Employer and Contracting Authority) wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of UPVC Windows & Doors Replacement Programme for 2023-2026 to various properties within the Borough of Swindon.
The initial contract term will be for 2 [two] years with an option to extend for a further 1 [one] year for a potential total contract term of 3 [three] years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is £6,000,000 [six million pounds] across the three year contractual term, with £2,000,000 [two million pounds] budgeted for each of the three years, subject to agreement and satisfactory performance.

Swindon Borough Council (the Employer and Contracting Authority) wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of UPVC Windows & Doors Replacement Programme for 2023-2026 to various properties within the Borough of Swindon.
The initial contract term will be for 2 [two] years with an option to extend for a further 1 [one] year for a potential total contract term of 3 [three] years as stated in the ITT documents.
