Scope
Description
Cheshire West and Chester Council are looking to appoint an experienced Memorial Mason to undertake two workstreams for the Cemeteries and Crematorium team as required;
1. Carry out reactive memorial repair work across its 17 sites as required
2. Carry out proactive memorial safety inspections across its 17 sites as required
Total value (estimated)
- £60,000 excluding VAT
- £72,000 including VAT

- 25 July 2025 to 24 July 2027
- Possible extension to 24 July 2029
- 4 years
Description of possible extension:
2 x 12 month option to extend
Council will determine if best value to extend or re-tender.
