Moat Home is seeking to appoint a single provider that can supply a HRIS and payroll solution and a fully serviced Payroll Bureau, delivered using a cloud hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model.

The requirement is for a fit-for-purpose, HMRC compliant Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which will minimise the admin burden on our People Services department; support efficiencies; provide accurate and high quality data; whilst keeping the admin costs low and acting as a seamless replacement for our current HRIS system provided by The Access Group.

Moat is seeking to appoint a single Provider to deliver all services required under the Contract. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 3rd April 2023 for an initial period of three years, with options to extend for further periods up to a maximum total contract duration of seven years at Moat's sole discretion and subject to satisfactory performance.
