This Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) is to advise potential suppliers of Building Fabric Maintenance, Structural Maintenance and Drainage Maintenance services, that Transport for London are undertaking an Early Market Engagement (EME) exercise in relation to a procurement process for the supply of Building Fabric Maintenance, Structural Maintenance and Drainage maintenance services for London Underground Limited (LUL) sites and assets. The proposed contract(s) awarded following this procurement process are currently planned to commence in January 2024.

The primary focus of this PIN and EME exercise is to better understand market/supplier appetite, capacity and capability and to obtain feedback on prospective contracting options.

Suppliers are requested to express their interest in taking part in this EME exercise. The process of expressing your interest is further detailed in Section VI.: Complementary Information. The exercise will include the completion of a short Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ).

A separate Contract Notice will be issued as a call for competition to invite suppliers to participate in any future tendering process.

Suppliers confirming their interest will be asked to complete a short Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) pertaining to the potential procurement. Feedback from any engagement activity undertaken may be used by TfL in the finalisation of tender documentation.

MSQ's will be issued to interested parties from 04 January 2022 with completion and return required by 11 February 2022. Further details of the potential requirement and instructions for completion and return will be provided in the MSQ issued.
