Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Parking Payment Terminal Replacement.

The contract will involve the supply and maintenance of 38 Parking Payment Terminals in Swale at sites designated in the specification.

The contract shall commence on 11th April 2022 and terminate on 10th April 2029. The council may extend the opportunity on an annual basis via mutual written agreement thereafter up to a maximum of 7 years. This is due to the successful supplier being the only company able to service their own machines, and the machines themselves having an undefined lifecycle (between 7-15 years, dependent on modular components, software and market developments). The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.
