Description
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) seeks to procure and award a new commercial framework agreement which will provide public sector buyers with routes to market to procure construction works with associated goods and services in relation to built assets and infrastructure.
This framework is intended to replace and combine existing CCS frameworks RM6088 (Construction Works and Associated Services), RM6267 (Construction Works and Associated Services 2 / ProCure 23) upon their natural expiry in October 2026. This new framework agreement will also incorporate the current CCS offering RM6184 (Offsite Construction Solutions) with a slight overlap up until the current RM6184 expires in January 2027.
The scope of the framework will comprise supplier design, manufacture, supply and installation of construction works and services including civil engineering and infrastructure, hire and purchase of 2D and 3D offsite construction solutions.
Furthermore, this new agreement seeks to incorporate the fifth generation of the NHS England ProCure Framework (P24), replacing the existing ProCure 23 framework upon expiry and continuing to provide a range of construction-based solutions for NHS England Capital Projects.
Market engagement will be carried out by CCS and ProCure respectively as part of a joint exercise.
The scope of the new agreement will include, but is not limited to:
- construction and building work
- civil and structural engineering
- repair and maintenance services
- real estate services
- architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
- prefabricated buildings
- modular and portable buildings
- demolition, site preparation and clearance work
The above list is not exhaustive and will be further defined and specified as engagement with customers and suppliers continues.
The framework is anticipated to service Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Specialist Purpose Vehicles (SPV's) acting on behalf of public bodies and any and all public sector requirements across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the potential for some limited overseas requirements which will be more fully defined and specified through the course of customer and supplier engagement. The range of customer sectors in scope of this agreement includes but is not limited to: Health; Education; Culture Media and Sport; Local Communities and Housing; Defence and Security; Government Policy; and Infrastructure.
