Provision of services to undertake the collection, processing and delivery of routine traffic speed pavement surface condition data for the National Highways strategic road network in England. This data is used for a variety of purposes including the calculation of business management information, network valuation figures and the asset management decisions about which parts of the network require investigation or maintenance and what form that should take.
The contract is for a period of 60 months with an optional extension of 24 months.
