Provision of services to undertake the collection, processing and delivery of routine traffic speed pavement surface condition data for the Highways England strategic road network. This data is used for a variety of purposes including the calculation of business management information, network valuation figures and

the asset management decisions about which parts of the network require investigation or maintenance and what form that should take.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign the Highways England Fair Payment Charter as a
