YPO is a national public sector buying organisation, engaging with organisations and suppliers to deliver a wide range of services and compliant routes to market for the public sector.

YPO currently manage an array of framework agreements relating to a wide range of service areas. The service areas covered by the HR & People category include apprenticeships, training, occupational health, consultancy & recruitment. It is the HR & People category who are responsible for this Request for Information (RFI).

It is our aim to continue to expand our solutions and the choices available to the public sector within our HR frameworks, while offering frameworks which support key agendas, strategies and everchanging requirements.

YPO have recently delivered a framework agreement for the recruitment of permanent children’s social workers within the London region. This framework was launched successfully in August 2023, and we are now considering the launch of an international equivalent.

YPO are therefore looking for providers who would be interested in completing a short RFI questionnaire and/or having a conversation with us, please register your interest by contacting us at HRSolutions@ypo.co.uk

Any information provided will not be used to determine the outcome of the tender process. When, or if, YPO wishes to proceed further a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. If YPO issues a tender we will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract is provided to all bidders. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who

have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High

Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
