The Authority has published a contract notice to alert suppliers to the Authority’s intention to tender a Responsive Maintenance and Voids management (RMV) service in early 2022. In advance of the publication of the tender, the Authority wishes to hold a Market Engagement session. The Authority’s Managers seek to use the marketing opportunity to articulate their aspirations for the RMV service, and also open a dialogue with suppliers in relation to the Social Value benefits and Carbon Reduction commitments, amongst other priorities, the Authority aims to derive from this procurement.
