Arbour Housing wishes to establish a new framework agreement for the provision of multi-disciplinary, Building Surveyor-led, design team services including planning, design, and project management for proposed planned and cyclical works contracts. The design team will incorporate the following disciplines: - Building Surveyor (also to undertake the role of: - The designer and lead consultant, managing projects and overall service delivery by the design team; and - the principal designer for the purposes of the CDM Regulations (NI) 2016); - Quantity Surveyor ; - Mechanical and Electrical Engineer; - Civil and Structural Engineer.
