It is Rural Stirling Housing Association’s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors in order to carry out routine maintenance and reactive repairs as may be necessary to hard and soft landscaped areas at the Association’s housing stock located throughout the rural Stirlingshire area commencing on 1 April 2022 until 31st March 2026.

It is the Association’s intention that the Bidder achieving the highest combined score following the price and quality assessment will be deemed the Preferred Contractor and will carry out the works in full, based on the rates contained within the Tender. Should the Preferred Contractor fail to perform to a satisfactory level then subsequent works will be offered to the contractor who is ranked second. This process will continue with the third placed contractor if the second placed contractor cannot commit to the works (nor perform to the required standard).

Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd. wishes to Contract with up to three Contractors to undertake grounds maintenance and associated reactive repair works to hard and soft landscaped areas at their housing stock numbering approximately 560nr properties and located across 25Nr sites/schemes throughout the rural Stirlingshire area from Tyndrum in the North, Balfron in the South, Stronachlacher in the West and Doune in the East.
