Ports of Jersey’s St Helier Harbour Master Plan is a long-term development plan that supports the transformation of Elizabeth Harbour, La Collette and Victoria Pier, the Old Harbours and La Folie, Albert Pier, and New North Quay.

The Harbour Master Plan will start with the most immediate need – the redevelopment of Elizabeth Harbour.

The Harbour Master Plan proposals will see the existing Lift On Lift Off (LoLo) crane operation moved from New North Quay to Elizabeth Harbour to co-locate with the Roll-on, Roll-off (RoRo) operation. This new combined area will safeguard the Island’s supply chain by supporting anticipated freight requirements for future generations.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for the provision of construction services (Marine Works) to support the redevelopment of Elizabeth Harbour.

The Marine works will include:

1. New land creation through the combination of a suspended deck and reclamation

2. LoLo berth with associated services and furniture

3. The dredging of a new berth pocket and basin

4. Concrete Block Return wall and Revetment
