Triangle Housing Association ("THA") offers a range of general family homes across the province and partners with various agencies to provide diverse accommodation options, including hostels, sheltered housing, and commercial premises. THA is also a leading provider of supported living accommodation for individuals with disabilities. To ensure fire safety across its properties, THA requires Fire Safety Consultancy services, divided into three main lots: • Lot 1- Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Consultancy Work: Covers various types of fire risk assessments for commercial and housing properties, ensuring compliance with PAS 79:2020 standards. It includes the provision of fire risk assessment software for tracking compliance and outstanding remedial actions. • Lot 2 - Fire Strategy Work: Involves creating fire safety strategies for new builds or existing properties, with fire engineers providing advice and liaising with third parties and other internal functions. • Lot 3 - Fire Safety Consultancy Work: Provides on-demand consultancy, including independent reviews of fire risk assessments and strategies, advice on acquisitions, and fire safety training.
