The Combined Authority is commissioning EDI training that is to be provided as part of our induction process, as well as additional modules to deliver targeted training to team leaders, people/technical managers as well as senior managers, heads of service and directors.
This training we are procuring will need to capture new starters and returners since the end of the previous contract in August 2023 inclusive of those who partially complete the training programme. The contents of the training must cover our legislative duties as a public sector organisation and account for the breadth of work that we are responsible for in delivering for people, place and region.
