As part of a pre-market engagement exercise, MAG are issuing a questionnaire to interested parties to seek the market?s views on the creation of a barrierless solution across MAG?s forecourts and carparks as well as potentially operating a hybrid solution such as barrierless forecourts and barrier pre-book car parks.
The overarching aim is to:

- Improve traffic flow
- Remove tail gating

Following a detailed review of the end-to-end Car Parking processes across Manchester Airport Group, it has been determined that a programme will begin to consider a Group service provider for barrierless forecourts and car parking.
The direction of travel across MAN, EMA and STN suggests barrierless technology being a necessity on forecourts and in car parks. The Programme must ensure the end outcome is one of income growth and not putting existing revenue at risk
MAG are issuing a questionnaire to seek the market?s views on the creation of a barrierless solution across MAG?s forecourts and carparks as well as potentially operating a hybrid solution such as barrierless forecourts and barrier pre-book car parks. The overarching aim is to:
