The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is seeking Tenders from suitably
experienced and qualified organisations for the Provision of rough sleeper complex needs accommodation.
The Contract shall commence on 1st April 2023 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue for a period of two (2) years, terminating at midnight on 31st March 2025 (“the Contract Period”). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Provider, the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of 12 months providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 31st March 2026.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the contract for the provision of rough sleeper complex needs accommodation.
The contract shall commence on the 1st April 2023 and shall continue up to and including the 31st March 2025 with an option to extend up to a further 24 months until 31st March 2026 (“the Contract Period”).
The service will deliver 39 self-contained units of accommodation for rough sleepers with High/Medium or Low support needs.
The continued provision of a rough sleeper service in Redbridge Council is integral to the Council’s response to homelessness and protecting some of the most vulnerable people in the community. It is intended that this redesigned Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project will provide continuity of support for rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs.
The total contract value, over the potential three-year contractual period, including extension options is £1,437,579.00. The maximum contract value per annum is therefore, £479,193.00.

The Contract is being procured in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 .
The contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum ten (10) day calendar day standstill
period at the point of information on the award of the contract is communicated to
tenderers. This period allows successful tenderers to seek further de-briefing from the
contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Additional information should be
