Warwick District Council (WDC) is looking to procure a contract for its Housing Repairs and Voids maintenance works to its 5,500 homes. In support of this, the Council is looking for feedback from the market as to the achievability of the currently identified requirements, as well as any additional considerations and opportunities that should be included within the new contract.

The Council has also made an ambitious commitment to ensure that all of its contracted services are net-zero carbon by 2030. We would like to engage with suppliers to establish how feasible this commitment is within this particular market.

We are currently exploring options regarding:

• Contract model and length

• Budget suitability

• Distribution of risk

• Specified requirement feasibility

• Innovation opportunities

• Suitable performance measures
