Kings Heath Primary School is a primary school and nursery with 657 pupils in Birmingham. The Authority would like a service that is professional and hardworking, that will value and work well with the onsite staff and especially the Site team, be well trained and efficiently managed. All Staff must be enhanced DBS cleared.The successful provider will need to provide working, well maintained and efficient equipment, and ensure that illness is covered by mobile staff where this cannot be covered internally. The service will need to have some flexibility to cope with additional requests e.g. Parents Evenings.The Authority will require the service to ensure there is a supervisor who will maintain a high standard of cleaning.The Authority believes the total square meterage to be 3,250m2, according to a 2015 asset survey.The Contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further one-year period.

There are currently no staff on long-term leave or LGPS.
